1) HALLOWEEN FUN

• Michael Cobb from La Glacerie attended the meeting to discuss his company's participation in PTA events. It was agreed that for the Halloween Fun the Glacerie would sell ice-cream cakes and batidas. The Glacerie would also supply additional dessert for the Christmas D7D.
• It was agreed to increase the raffle ticket prices to R$3 or R$15 for 6 due to the increased value of the main prices, pairs of tickets for NY and London.

2) OTHER

• LD presented a request from the Music Department to finance a Concert evening. This was agreed.
• RJ will discuss with Claudia Ribeiro ways of incorporating Bia into the school administration.
• Bia will be included in PTA minutes and invited to meetings.
• Bia will chase Lucien for Company Liaison file and start work on requesting contributions for prizes.
• RJ reported that Barry McCormick is looking into the PTA request for a PTA room and Timetable 1 morning 7:45-9:00 1 day per month in the Hall for 2000.
