| 1. Halloween |
- This year the letter asking for contributions had not been distributed therefore there is no sponsorship for the Halloween party.
- Debra Platt has organised a list of volunteers to help with stalls and selling beads.
- Class 11 students will be helping with beads and organisation too and will be paid in accordance with the work they do and the number of volunteers that appear.

| 2. Catering |
- A number of questions were raised about food, principally with regard to the quality of what is being served. Debra Platt will talk with PW about the Sodexho contract to see what the position is. Paola Fox and Virgínia Dias offered to investigate suitable alternatives in the event that there is to be a change in caterer.

| 3. IB Andes |
- Ralph Jennings asked the PTA for help, once again, for the IB Andes trip and this was approved. He will determine the exact figure needed but estimates it at about US$1000.
