Notes for Meeting of 8 November 1999 1999

1. Christmas Dinner Dance:

• Decoration will be balloons.
• Gilbert will get the Whiskey (12 bottles)
• Merche will hire a driver to help parking the cars.
• The raffle will cost R$ 3,00 each and the booklet with 6, R$ 15,00.

2. PTA Administration

• Claudia Ribeiro is looking at incorporating the PTA administrator into her personnel. LD and FL to interview.

3. Class Reps

• Require help from School to establish the Class Rep System by obtaining parent permission to give PTA access to names and telephone numbers.
• RJ to dioscuss with Claudia Ribeiro how to make this happen
